When We Were Young #1 - INTERBANG

Inspired by the Ulysees 31 clip I was watching yesterday, I decided to go looking for other half remembered gems of my televisual youth. The first port of call was Interbang. This was a dubbed Italian tv show that popped up on TCC. All I remembered were the little towers of Pisa, two brothers being stalked by a moustachioed short dude that looked like Cheech Marin, and they were friends with a professor. The ending of the series stuck with me as well, just for being so odd, find out what happened on here if you wish.

Below is the trailer for the programme and the opening credits (cracking theme song by the way).

TDMTLTUT #16 - George Harrison - My Sweet Lord

Really, really love this song, just think it's amazing once it kicks in around the two minute mark. George also reminds me of Ulysees 31 in this one!

Of course this song is very similar to The Chiffons "He's So Fine", but I prefer George's version as did the judge! Read about the lawsuit here if you want.

Kings of Convenience - Declaration of Dependence

For anyone who blinked last year they released an album called "Declaration of Dependence", and quite a fine album it was. Here are two tunes that should be absorbed as soon as you can.
